Do I need to have an iPhone to use the App?

For right now yes. If you don't have an iPhone, you can still place your order by simply visiting adoramarental.com or calling 212-627-8487. We will be developing Apps for other smart phones in the near future.

I have an iPhone but I cant download the app, why?

Our app is compatible with iPhone 2nd generation, it requires iPhone OS 3.0 or later.

Do I need to sign in?

When using ARC RENTAL App for the first time you will be asked to sign up to our list by entering your email and phone number. This is optional. Your information will be kept private and will not be shared or sold.

How do I rent equipment?

Tap on the RENT button, then tap on the CALL button or the ONLINE button. CALL will dial Adorama Rental department, so you can place your order over the phone. ONLINE will let you email your order request.

Please note that our app does require an internet connection to function so it may obtain real time information.
