Please note: During July and August  we are closed on Sundays.

To guarantee availability of your rental equipment, you must reserve two or more days in advance. Please specify If your order is urgent. We will do our best to accommodate your special needs.

		Attention mail order Renters Lighting  Rentals will only be shipped for a min. 2 week rental. Cameras & Lenses  Rentals will only be shipped for a minimum 4 day rental. Shipping Information: • Renter Pays for shipping costs (Both Ways) • Days in Transit are included in your rental days. • Rentals that are Shipped Overnight should be shipped back to Adorama Overnight. • Renter is responsible for full replacement value of item if lost or damaged while in transit or in Renters possession.

Rates:
The daily rental rate is based on a 24 hour period. Two hour grace periods are accepted.
One month rentals are only charged 3 times the weekly rate (giving you one week free). Rebates for long term rentals can be arranged. Please call for quotes.
Half-Day Rates:
Rentals of four hours or less receive a 25% discount.
Overnight Rate:
Pickup after 4:30 pm and return by 9:30 am next day and receive a 25% discount.
Extended Day Rate:
Pickup after 4:30 pm and return 9:30 am two days hence, and pay only the one day rate.
Weekend Rate:
Pickup between Thursday 3:30 pm and Friday 1:00 pm. and return on Monday before 10:30 am, and pay only the one day rate.
** Late returns are subject to additonal charges.
Liability:
Insurance is the responsibility of the Renter. Any damage or loss is at the expense of the Renter, barring mechanical failure caused by normal wear and tear. Adorama is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, inconvenience, or loss caused by product failure.
Proof of adequate insurance coverage may be requested at time of pickup.
Equipment:
All equipment is thoroughly examined and quality tested prior to and directly after each rental to ensure that your shoot is successful and free of unexpected problems.
All problems with equipment must be reported immediately to Adorama Rentals to be considered for adjustment.
Deposits:
A deposit for the full replacement cost of the equipment is required unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Billing:
Adorama will gladly do direct billing to magazines and other publishers, agencies or major companies. We require the billing Contact name, address, phone number, P.O.# or job ref.
Film, Seamless Paper & Accessories can be billed on the same P.O.
Payment:
Open Account invoices are net 30 days from invoice date accounts over 30 days are subjected to finance charge at prevailing rate.
Spare Bulbs or Batteries:
Spare modeling lamps and batteries will be provided upon request. A charge will be incurred for missing or broken lamps or batteries. (burned lamps/batteries must be returned to avoid charge).
