PANASONIC DMW-YAGH INTERFACE UNIT
The impressive Panasonic LUMIX DMW YAGH Interface Unit is designed exclusively for professional workflow enabling more powerful video transmission. It directly mounts to the bottom of the Panasonic LUMIX GH4 and includes front facing screw holes which provide expandability for rail systems and added stability for PL mounts. The interface complies with Full HD (4:2:2 / 10 bit) four parallel output or 4K (4:2:2 / 10bit) output, both with time code, and converts the GH4's micro HDMI output to a full-sized HDMI output.
The Interface Unit includes a BNC connector for time code input and is equipped with a 12VDC 4-Pin XLR Power Input. When attached to the GH4, it has 2 monaural XLR inputs for line or condenser microphones. The Panasonic LUMIX DMW YAGH Interface Unit is equipped with an audio level display monitor and +48V of phantom power for each channel with independent volume control of the left and right channels.
The Panasonic LUMIX DMW YAGH Interface Unit is not powered by the GH4 and requires an external 4-pin XLR 12VDC power source for use and when using 4:2:2/10-bit output, simultaneous video recording on SDXC/SDHC Memory Card in the DMC-GH4 camera is not possible.
