ARC COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Adorama Rental Company follows CDC guidelines in maintaining a healthy and safe workplace environment for our staff, customers and visitors.

Before entering our facilities, please submit ARC's Health Form before your arrival.

1. You must wear a mask.
2. Individuals with appointments are only permitted to enter the building.
3. Please wait outside if you arrive early for your appointment. There is no waiting area inside.

ARC's Commitment to Safety

We have outfitted our facilities with air filtration and sanitation systems to disinfect surfaces and air. Here is what you can expect when you arrive at ARC.

1. Industrial UV sanitation light cart used in a private room for large amounts of equipment. Kills 99% of viruses.
2. Industrial UV box for smaller equipment. Kills 99% of viruses.
3. 2 C-150 Vectorfog machines for weekly cleanings used to disinfect for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID 19).
4. Hydroxyl air purifier to neutralize contaminants, bacteria, viruses and mold in the air and on surfaces.
5. We have a full time janitorial staff that is cleaning and sanitizing.
6. We will be wearing masks, washing and sanitizing hands and frequently switching gloves.
7. There are plastic dividers at the front counter, employee stations and lunch area.
8. Significantly expanded new checkout area for enhanced social distancing.
9. Reduced number of staff and clients in the building at any one time.
10. Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer available throughout the building.
