The Canon EF 135mm f/2L USM is an L-series medium telephoto prime lens designed for Canon EF-mount full-frame DSLRs and is also compatible with APS-C cameras, where it provides a 216mm equivalent focal length. Its bright f/2 maximum aperture enables shallow depth of field and low-light shooting, while two UD elements and Super Spectra Coating reduce chromatic aberrations, flare, and ghosting for improved image clarity and contrast. A ring-type Ultrasonic Motor (USM) with a rear focusing system delivers fast, quiet autofocus with full-time manual focus override. The lens also features an eight-blade rounded diaphragm, dust- and moisture-resistant construction, and compatibility with Canon EF 1.4x and EF 2x teleconverters.
