Cooke Anamorphic/i is a truly innovative range and the subject of multiple patents. They are for large format production and exemplify anamorphic characteristics combined with The Cooke Look including oval bokeh.
Eight high-speed focal lengths from 32mm to 180mm, all colour matched for different needs, including a macro focus 85mm lens. Coverage circle covers a full 24 x 36 still size sensor with 1.8x squeeze: the perfect sweet spot.
Hybrid
The Anamorphic/i FF lenses feature a novel hybrid spherical and cylindrical lens element design. It produces a traditional organic, cinematic and anamorphic wide screen quality, which is characterised by smooth, elliptical bokeh and minimal colour fringing to enable you to create sensitive and emotive images with a high degree of dimensionality.
Special Flair
When specifying your Cooke Anamorphic/i FF, you have the option to have the lens manufactured with a proprietary coating that allows you to kick flares, bokeh and other aberrations into new visual territory.
