RENT Sennheiser Wireless Handheld Microphone with G4 Camera-Mount Wireless Receiver Kit Features

Versatile wireless systems for those who sing, speak or play instruments with upto 42 MHz tuning bandwidth in a stable UHF range and fast, simultaneous setup ofup to 12 linked systems.

State-of-the-art live sound featuring Sennheiser's renowned e 835, e 845 and e 865 capsules on a lightweight aluminum transmitter with integrated mute switch.

Architech's Specification
A wireless RF transmission system consisting of a stationary receiver and a handheld transmitter includings a microphone head.

The system operates within twelve UHF frequency ranges, with a switching bandwidth of up to 42 MHz: 470 - 516 MHz, 516 - 558 MHz, 520 - 558 MHz, 566 - 608 MHz, 606 - 648 MHz, 626 - 668 MHz, 734 - 776 MHz, 780 - 822 MHz, 823 - 865 MHz, 806 - 810 MHz, 925 - 937.5 MHz, 1785 - 1800 MHz; receiving frequencies are 1,680 per range and are tunable in 25 kHz steps. The system features 20 fixed frequency banks with up to 12 compatible frequency presets and1 user bank with up to 12 user programmable frequencies.

The receiver is menu-driven with a backlit LCD display showing the current frequency, frequency bank and channel number, metering of RF level, metering of AF level, lock status, pilot tone evaluation, muting function, and battery status of the associated transmitter. An auto-lock feature is provided to prevent settings from being accidentally altered. The receiver features an integrated guitar tuner and provides a sound check mode.

Some receiver parameters such as receiving frequency, receiver name and pilot tone setting aresynchronizable with the associated transmitter via an integrated infrared interface.

The receiver features a balanced XLR-3M audio output with a maximum output of +18 dBu along with an unbalanced 1/4" (6.3 mm) audio output with a maximum output of +12 dBu. The receiver has two DATA ports (RJ 10) to setup a multichannel system. Two BNC-type input sockets are provided for connectingthe antennas. Nominal/peak deviation is +/-24 kHz/ +/-48 kHz. Squelch threshold is adjustable to three levels: Low (5 dBmicroV), Middle (15 dBmicroV) and High (25 dBmicroV).

The receiver incorporates the Sennheiser HDX compander system and a defeatable pilot tone squelch. Sensitivity is < 2 microV for 52 dBAeff S/N with HDX engaged at peak deviation. Adjacent channel rejection is >= 65 dB (typical). Intermodulation attenuation is >= 65 dB (typical); blocking is >= 70 dB. Four selectable equalizer presets are provided: "Flat", "Low Cut" (-3 dB at 180 Hz), "Low Cut/High Boost" (-3 dB at 180 Hz/+6 dB at 10 kHz) and "High Boost" (+6 dB at 10 kHz). Signal-to-noise ratio at 1 mV and peak deviation is >=110 dBA. Total harmonic distortion (THD) is <= 0.9 %. The audio output level is adjustable within a 48 dB range in steps of 3 dB.

The receiver operates on 12 V power supplied from the NT 2-3 CW mains unit (for 100 - 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz). Power consumption is 300 mA. The receiver has a rugged metal housing; dimensions are approximately 190 x 212 x 43 mm (7.48" x 8.35" x 1.69").Weight is approximately 980 grams (2.16 lbs). Operating temperature ranges from -10 Degree C to +55 Degree C (+14 Degree F to +131 Degree F).

The receiver is the Sennheiser EM 100 G4.
The radio microphone is menu-drivenwith a backlit LCD display showing the current frequency, frequency bank and channel number, metering of AF level, transmission status, lock status, pilot tone transmission, muting function, and battery status. An auto-lock feature is provided to prevent settings from being accidentally altered.

The radio microphone parameters is either configurable in the associated receiver's menu and synchronized with the radio microphone via an integrated infrared interface or is programmable in the radio microphone menu. Receiver parameters such as receiving frequency, receiver name and pilot tone setting are synchronizable with the radio microphone via an integrated infrared interface.

The handheld vocal radio microphone is equipped with a mute switch, which is switchable between "AF on/ off", "RF on/off" and "Disabled" via the user interface. Nominal/peak deviation is +/-24 kHz/ +/-48 kHz. Frequency stability is <= +/-15 ppm. RF output power at 50 Ohm is 30 mW (typical).

The radio microphone incorporates the Sennheiser HDX compander system and a defeatable pilot tone squelch. Audio frequency response ranges from 80 - 18,000 Hz. Signal-to-noise ratio at 1 mV and peak deviation is >= 110 dBA. Total harmonic distortion (THD) is <= 0.9 %. Input sensitivity is adjustable within a 48 dB range in steps of 6 dB.

Power is supplied to the radio microphone by two 1.5 V AA size batteries or by one Sennheiser BA 2015rechargeable accupack. Nominal voltage is 2.4 V, current consumption is typical 180 mA at nominal voltage; <= 25 microA when radio microphone is switched off. Operating time is typical 8 hours. The radio microphone has a rugged metal housing; dimensions are approximately 50 mm (1.97") in diameter and 265 mm (10.43") in length. Weight including the batteries is approximately 450 grams (0.99 lbs). Operating temperature ranges from -10 Degree C to +55 Degree C (+14 Degree F to +131 Degree F).

A range of microphone heads are available forthe radio microphone.

The radio microphone is the Sennheiser SKM 100-S G4.
