ALEXA 35 is a 4K Super 35 camera that elevates digital cinematography to unprecedented heights. ARRIf s first new sensor for 12 years builds on the evolution of the ALEXA family over that period, delivering 2.5 stops more dynamic range, film-like highlight handling, better low light performance, and richer colors. The new REVEAL Color Science takes full advantage of the sensorf s image quality and provides a fast, simple workflow, while ARRI Textures enhance in-camera creative control. Easy operation, robust build quality, new electronic accessories, and a complete new mechanical support system round out the ALEXA 35 platform.
The ARRI ALEXA 35 Camera Body (Base Model) combines the exceptional image quality and versatility of ARRI's ALEXA line with a more accessible price point. With a new 4.6K Super 35 CMOS sensor and 17 stops of dynamic range, the ALEXA 35 pushes the boundaries of HDR and low-light performance.
This model features a core set of tools, with the option for future upgrades through temporary or permanent licenses. It offers a vast array of recording formats, from high-resolution ARRIRAW to Apple ProRes, ensuring seamless integration into any production environment. The REVEAL Color Science ensures more accurate colors, cleaner edges, and optimized shadow tonality.
Designed for both professional cinematographers and camera operators, the ALEXA 35 is equipped with a variety of customizable and ergonomic features, including the MVF-2 Viewfinder for HDR viewing, a robust Ethernet port for real-time metadata streaming, and an intuitive left-side display for easy setup adjustments.
The camera is powered by the innovative 24V B-Mount Battery system, which simplifies power distribution for accessories, offering both lighter setups and more extended shooting times.
