It includes screw-mounted S35 real optical blocks, which can be conveniently changed in the field by users.
The full-frame rear group doubles as a 1.5x extender for S35 capture, ensuring no crop factor. The EZ-3 zoom lens comes with an ARRI PL mount, which can be replaced with separately available Sony E, Canon EF lens mounts. This interchangeability ensures compatibility with a broad spectrum of cameras, making this lens kit a versatile choice for filmmakers.
The EZ-3 zoom's Focus/Iris/Zoom gears align with the EZ-1 and EZ-2, allowing the use of the same accessories. This zoom is also compatible with the Angenieux MSU-1 and MSU-1A servo units for ENG-style use.
