RENT Cooke 65mm T2.6 Macro Anamorphic/i SF Prime Lens for PL Mount Features
This 65mm T2.6 Macro Anamorphic/i SF Prime Lens features the classic, natural yet sharp "Cooke look" in an anamorphic format. The Special Flare Cooke lenses offer enhanced flares, bokeh, and other aberrations while complementing standardAnamorphic/i lenses. This macro lens features a 1:4.1 magnification ratio with a5.5" close focus in macro mode. The 65mm macro prime incorporates an 11-blade iris for cinematic-looking, 2:1 oval bokeh. Designed for use with both digital cinema and film cameras, the Cooke Anamorphic/i primes provide a 2x squeeze, andcover image formats up to Super35. For maximum optical performance, aberration, flare, and distortion correction extends over the entire image area, and throughout the 65mm's T2.6-22 aperture range. The Anamorphic/i primes are color-matched with Cooke's S4/i, 5/i, and mini S4/i series of prime lenses.
Each Anamorphic/i prime sports both a hardened PL mount and a cable connection that use Cooke's /i Technology to transmit lens data to compatible cameras. Lens setting data including focal length, aperture, focus, and depth of field, are provided in both feet and metric measurements.
The 65mm Anamorphic/i Prime Lens features a 1.5' minimum marked object distance, focus marks in feet and meters, a weight of 11.5 pounds,and a length of 10". The lens is constructed with 0.8 MOD geared focus and iris rings for use with follow focus, zoom control, and wireless FIZ systems. A large lens barrel, an increased number of focus marks, and Cooke's cam-style focus movement enable precise focus pulls. Focus marks are clearly visible and are engraved on the lens barrel in both feet and meters.
